Welcome! So, I figured I'd try something new. I need a place to store my published clips, and I wanted a more public place to blog while in Beijing, so here we go. I know, it seems a little vain, so shoot me.
SAVING TIGERS, ONE AT A TIME! It's not something you think about every day, but there are over 10 times as many people at an average Mizzou football game than there are wild tigers in the whole world. Last year, Columbians came together to support Sulley and his surgery. But, what if Sulley's case had been halted before it even began? Tigers for Tigers groups around the nation are joining together for a year-long national competition with World Wildlife Fund. The goal: $75,000 to stop the illegal tiger trade.
Mizzou Tigers for Tigers was the first of the groups, and has helped pave the way for others in Clemson and Auburn. Yet, any tiger school or tiger-loving fan can join the cause. My goal, as Vice President of MT4T, is to get every person to donate at least a dollar. Just one. Join the cause, and ensure there are wild tigers for as long as there are Mizzou Tigers!
GO TIGERS! Do you love the Mizzou Tigers as much as I do? Then check out my panorama. Over 180° of the chaos that was the Border War. Pick yours up today at Deck the Walls in Columbia, St. Louis and Kansas City.
